Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 September 2026
These terms govern access to the Bidixo platform operated by Bidixo Consulting and Artificial Intelligence Solutions (Commercial Registration 248057), a company registered in the State of Qatar. Where a customer has signed a pilot or subscription agreement with Bidixo, that agreement prevails over these terms.
Some clauses on this page are marked as pending confirmation by Qatari legal counsel. They are stated conservatively and will be updated when that review concludes. Nothing here is intended to override a signed agreement between Bidixo and a customer.
1. The service
Bidixo is a tender intelligence platform. It reads procurement documents supplied by a customer, extracts the requirements those documents state, and compares them against evidence the customer has recorded about its own company. It produces an eligibility and readiness assessment, an explanation of that assessment, and an action plan.
Access is currently provided through supervised pilots. There is no open self-service registration; accounts are created for a named organisation by Bidixo.
2. What Bidixo does not do
Bidixo does not predict, influence or guarantee the award of any contract. It produces no probability of winning, no score of competitiveness, and no commercial recommendation about price.
Bidixo does not provide legal advice. An assessment is not a legal opinion on eligibility under Qatari procurement law, and it does not replace the customer's own review of a tender or its obligations to a procuring authority.
Responsibility for what is submitted to a procuring authority, and for observing that authority's deadlines and conditions, remains entirely with the customer.
3. Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the documents and information it uploads, and for holding the rights necessary to upload them. Tender documents obtained from a procuring authority are frequently subject to confidentiality terms; the customer must observe those terms and must not upload material it is not permitted to process.
The customer is responsible for its user accounts, for keeping credentials secure, and for promptly telling Bidixo when a user should no longer have access.
An assessment reflects the evidence the customer has recorded. Where evidence is absent or out of date, Bidixo reports that fact rather than assuming a position; keeping company evidence current is the customer's responsibility.
4. Availability and change
Bidixo is offered on the basis described in the applicable pilot or subscription agreement. Where no service level has been agreed in writing, no availability commitment is given.
The platform is under active development. Bidixo may change how requirements are extracted or evaluated. Historical assessments are versioned and retained; a change to the engine produces a new assessment rather than rewriting an earlier decision.
5. Fees
Fees, where payable, are those set out in the customer's pilot or subscription agreement. Billing is handled directly by Bidixo; the platform does not take card payments and does not store payment instrument details.
Tax treatment is confirmed on the applicable invoice. [Pending confirmation by Qatari counsel: VAT and withholding treatment for SaaS services in Qatar.]
6. Confidentiality
Bidixo treats customer documents, tender material, certificates, financial records and assessments as confidential, uses them only to provide the service to that customer, and discloses them only to the sub-processors identified in the Privacy Policy.
Where a customer requires a mutual non-disclosure agreement before sharing material, Bidixo will execute one on the customer's standard form.
7. Intellectual property
The customer retains all rights in the documents and data it uploads. Bidixo acquires no ownership of them.
Bidixo retains all rights in the platform, including its extraction logic, decision policies, evidence rules and interfaces. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that to the customer.
8. Suspension and termination
Bidixo may suspend access where it is required to do so by law, where an account is being used unlawfully, or where fees agreed in writing remain unpaid after notice.
A customer may end its pilot or subscription in accordance with the applicable agreement. Export and deletion of the customer's organisation data on termination are described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
Bidixo provides decision support. Decisions to bid, not to bid, or to submit particular documents to a procuring authority are made by the customer.
Limits and exclusions of liability are those agreed in the applicable pilot or subscription agreement. [Pending confirmation by Qatari counsel: the enforceable form of limitation of liability under the law of the State of Qatar.]
10. Governing law
Bidixo is a company of the State of Qatar (mainland registration, not the Qatar Financial Centre).
[Pending confirmation by Qatari counsel: governing law and the forum for disputes. Until that is settled and reflected here, the governing law and forum are those stated in the customer's signed agreement.]
