Tender intelligence · State of Qatar

Know whether you are eligible before you commit to the bid.

Bidixo reads a tender document, identifies the requirements it actually states, and compares them against the evidence your company holds. Every conclusion is traced to the clause it came from and the document that supports it.

Bidixo supports eligibility and readiness decisions. It does not predict, influence or guarantee the award of any contract, and produces no probability of winning.

What Bidixo does

Four steps, each one auditable.

  1. 01

    Reads the tender

Requirements are extracted from the document's own words — quoted verbatim, each carrying the page it came from. Structured checklists and submission tables are read, not just prose.

  2. 02

    Compares your evidence

Your registrations, certificates, financial records and project history are matched against those requirements from your company's own record.

  3. 03

    Separates two questions

How much of the tender Bidixo could assess, and how much of that your company has evidenced, are reported as two independent figures — never merged into one flattering number.

  4. 04

    Tells you what is missing

Every unmet requirement becomes a named action: the document to obtain, the evidence to supply, or the clause a person still needs to read.

How Bidixo behaves

The commitments the product is built around, not marketing language.

Absence of evidence is not failure

A requirement with no supporting document is reported as unknown. It is never recorded as non-compliance.

It declines rather than guesses

Where the evidence will not support a conclusion, Bidixo returns "insufficient information" and says what is missing.

Its own limits are its own

Where Bidixo cannot read a requirement, it says so in those terms — it does not report that as a shortfall against your company.

Decisions are reproducible

Assessments are versioned and their evidence is retained. New evidence produces a new assessment; it does not silently rewrite an earlier decision.

Trust and security

Bidixo handles tender documents and corporate records. How they are held is part of the product.

Isolated by organisation

Each customer's data sits in its own organisation and is separated at the database layer, not by application logic alone. Access is enforced on every query.

Private document storage

Uploaded documents are held in private storage that is not publicly addressable, and are readable only by members of the organisation that owns them.

Auditable by design

Assessments, reviews and decisions are recorded as append-only events, so what was decided — and on what basis — remains reconstructable.

A Qatari company

Bidixo is registered in the State of Qatar under Commercial Registration 248057 and operates from licensed commercial premises in Doha.

Requesting access

Bidixo is currently offered through supervised pilots rather than open self-service registration. Write to us with your company name and the tenders you are evaluating, and we will confirm whether a pilot is available and what it involves.
